The Cuchara Association is pleased to provide a security service for members of the Association. Members can subscribe to this service for $110 per year.
Our Security Manager, Bruce Johnson, will visit each cabin twice a month while the owner is out of town. His mission is to make sure that all doors and windows are latched and secure and to look for any visible problems that would require attention.
If a problem is found, Bruce will notify members by phone or email... well worth the cost of only $110 per year. All fees are due by January 31st. Services will be discontinued for those who have not made payment by February 28th. 100% of the $110 annual feel goes to pay for the security manager's services.
And please note: As a homeowner, you are responsible for providing your own keys for renters, contractors or personal guests. Our Security Manager will not be able to help you in those circumstances.
